Only Santas in the Building by Alexis Daria Review

Hello Readers,
While searching for Christmas reads this year, I came across the "Under the Mistletoe Collection." This Amazon Original collection features five festive novellas by Ali Hazelwood, Tessa Bailey, Olivia Dade, Alexandria Bellefleur, and Alexis Daria.

Each novella is available on Kindle Unlimited, and if you have an Audible account, you can also access the audiobook version while the book is borrowed through Kindle Unlimited. Today I am sharing my review of the final book in the "Under the Mistletoe Collection." I will not be discussing the spice levels as that’s all down to personal preference.

Synopsis:
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, especially for a comic book illustrator whose late-night fantasies become real in a festive and flirty short story by bestselling author Alexis Daria.
All Evie Cruz wants for Christmas is a nap. And maybe some ornaments for her naked Christmas tree. And while she’s making a list, she wouldn’t mind unwrapping her sexy upstairs neighbour like a present. Luckily, the building’s Santa-themed party and a surprise sprig of mistletoe give her just the opening she needs to make all her wishes come true.

Miniature Review

I'm sure after each one these I have said its my new favourite and here I am again. This is another very cute Christmas story,

I absolutely love the apartment-meet cute trope, and this story delivered it perfectly. Evie and Theo were such delightful characters. They both work from home in the same building, just one floor apart. Evie is a talented comic book illustrator, while Theo crafts handmade Christmas ornaments.

The main characters were incredibly lovable, and their chemistry was spot-on. Despite the short page count, the story packed an emotional punch and built a surprisingly solid foundation for their relationship. The neighbors’ meddling at the Christmas party, complete with mistletoe antics, added an extra layer of festive charm.

There’s also a touch of grief woven into the story, as Evie is coping with the loss of a grandparent, which brought some heartfelt depth to the story. Overall, this novella was the perfect mix of holiday vibes and sweet romance.

Thank you for joining me while reviewing all of the Under the Mistletoe Collection this week.
