The Poetry Pharmacy Carpe Diem Prescription Review (Gifted, AD)

Hello Readers,
I would like to say thank you to Tandem Collective and The Poetry Pharmacy for sending me a Poetry Prescription. This post is an AD, and the product was gifted this in no way will affect my ability to give an honest post and review. Before I get into my product review, I would like to give you a little information about The Poetry Pharmacy.

About The Poetry Pharmacy
The Poetry Pharmacy have been dispensing poetry since 2011 from the back of their vintage ambulance. The Poetry Pharmacy team believe that poetry can do so much to match or alter a mood, to assist in so many ways with good mental health. They have appeared at festivals, conferences, hospitals and care settings, libraries, and schools, with a pharmacy full of poems-in-pills. The original shop is in Shropshire, and they have a brand-new installation in Lush on London’s Oxford Street.

Review
I adore and appreciate the effort that has gone into the packaging of the poetry prescription. The bag along with the prescription slip is a nice touch and great attention to detail. I was lucky enough to get the Carpe Diem prescription as sated on their website stimulants for the promotion of flow; for being in the moment; for seizing the day.
  • No bitter pills
  • No adverse reactions
  • Not to be swallowed (except metaphorically)
I also love the small details on the bottle. On the back along with the prescription details, it has the warning not to be swallowed (except metaphorically). I laughed then remembered this is why we can’t have nice things. This bottle contains 28 pills with a poetic extract on paper inside. Since receiving my prescription have had them on my desk and I can’t help but pull out a pill every day. As remove each pill and read the poem I reroll them up and I am currently storing the read ones in a draw in my desk organiser so I can read all 28. I think these pills would be a great gift for not only book lover for but people looking for a little lift throughout the day.
