Before I get into my product review, I would like to give you a little information about The Poetry Pharmacy.
The Poetry Pharmacy have been dispensing poetry since 2011 from the back of their vintage ambulance. The Poetry Pharmacy team believe that poetry can do so much to match or alter a mood, to assist in so many ways with good mental health. They have appeared at festivals, conferences, hospitals and care settings, libraries, and schools, with a pharmacy full of poems-in-pills. The original shop is in Shropshire, and they have a brand-new installation in Lush on London’s Oxford Street.
I adore and appreciate the effort that has gone into the packaging of the poetry prescription. The bag along with the prescription slip is a nice touch and great attention to detail. I was lucky enough to get the Carpe Diem prescription as sated on their website stimulants for the promotion of flow; for being in the moment; for seizing the day.
